Trax Connector

Use an AI assistant to inspect and update the rail-project records you are already authorised to access in Trax.

Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. After signing in with your Trax account, you choose the projects available to the session and may restrict it to read-only access. Every tool call runs with your existing Trax identity and permissions.

What it can do

Browse projects, assets, cables, documents, issues, work logs, maps, media and work instructions. Authorised users can also create or update selected records, upload project documents and media, and perform project-setup imports. Write tools are labelled so compatible assistants can ask for confirmation before changing data.

Data and control

The connector returns only data available to the signed-in user under Trax security rules. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored as one-way hashes. Project scope and read-only mode remain attached to the session when tokens refresh.

Product feedback is never filed silently: the assistant must explain what will be stored and receive explicit approval before submitting it to the Trax product team.
